Most businesses don’t struggle because of a lack of ideas. They struggle because those ideas never turn into clear execution.

I build systems that turn vision into structure.

I’ve spent two decades operating at the intersection of entrepreneurship, operations, and strategy, helping ideas move from concept to execution without losing clarity along the way. My background spans CFO and COO roles across multiple industries, from service businesses to tech ventures, where I’ve led forecasting, operational rebuilds, growth strategy, and executive alignment.

I care deeply about structure, not for the sake of control, but because it protects vision and makes it sustainable.

At my core, I’m an operator. I ask:
